I think Kanye has been attacked and maligned. Psych has a history of being used against people. First they are ostracized, then maligned and finally pathologized.
So, Kanye appears to be another victim in a very long list of victims of the mental health profession!
My advice to Kanye? Get our of dodge. Pull a geographical. Go to another jurisdiction and lead a good life.

I called for the immediate resignation of ADC Director Chuck Ryan for his constant refusal to upgrade the locks over a period of years that directly resulted in the deaths of both Corrections Officer Brent Lumley and Deputy Warden Ron Warden. It looks like these Manafort charges are bullshit. These incidents have nothing to do with the campaign or Russia. These things occurred many, many years ago and it involved filling out forms wrong. The instances were not illegal. Manafort’s attorney says these things are crazy and that the charges will be dropped.
The question is why are they not investigating Hilliary and Mueller for the sale of yellow cake uranium to Russia.

General Michael T. Flynn was set up and knocked off by the Obama Administration. And once I heard the new National Security Advisor say that ‘the words “radical Islam” do no one any good,’ I knew we were screwed! The enemy had forced this jackass off on Trump as the new National Security Advisor!
As a result of his ego, the enemy got to Trump and manipulated Trump into doing their bidding. Trump has flaws. Hell, we’ve all got flaws, but this time it might have cost US all! With our very lives!
The fact is WE ARE THE PROBLEM. Not the Jews. Not the Muslims even though THOSE TWO ARE WORKING TOGETHER. The problem is us!
