I called for the immediate resignation of ADC Director Chuck Ryan for his constant refusal to upgrade the locks over a period of years that directly resulted in the deaths of both Corrections Officer Brent Lumley and Deputy Warden Ron Warden. I think I failed to mention that their team at Perryville was so tight it was like family and Ron suffered a heart attack upon hearing that Lumley had been killed as a result of the game he and Ryan played.
Charles Ryan also ran interference when I attempted to report my Information Reports (IR’s) to ADC’s Inspector General after several inmates had been killed and ADC decided to cover up those crimes and to destroy me in the process. The Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners went along with ADC’s diabolical plans and went after me. I have more to say on this.

He is innocent and the State of Arizona needs to go after the woman who falsely accused him! That woman was allowed to be promoted within the Arizona Department of Administration. Her motivation for framing her former lover and the DW came when he informed her that he was going back to his estranged wife who was residing in California.
Attorneys need to listen because my attorney abandoned me and I have a job for an attorney that might require the resources of either a champion who is eager to take on the State of Arizona or the resources of an entire firm to take down this Goliath!
I was damaged by the State of Arizona. I know it was a long time ago and the statute of limitations may curtail some legal action but the fact is I was damaged and grossly impaired medically for a long time and it took me years to figure out what had happened to me and what I had been through.
