I am looking for a mint condition and hopefully unmolested vintage Class A Beaver motor home. Any floor plan will do that has the toilet behind a closed door. Prefer the two tall windows on the passenger side with the Euro reading chair and footstool.

Would love a C12 tuned (factory) to 455 horse power diesel motor but a 425 HP C-12 will suffice. No wood inlays or onlays on the cabinets–just plain medium dark-light woods.

Propane refrigerator. 750 watt generator must be fully functional. Larger inverter preferred.

Title must be free and clear and readily available. Cash or cashier’s check buyer requires time to test & inspect. No history of roof or water leaks or delamination. NO BODY work other than clear coat repairs and maintenance.

Full set of manuals from the factory. Single slide only. Will consider all; however, must have no electrolysis and minimal to no rust. Prefer the Greater Phoenix and Quartzsite areas.

Flexible upon taking delivery. NO SMOKING UNIT ONLY.

Prefer “Independence Package” and require “Thunder Package.” Will considered heavily modified coach with the exception of the C12 which must be stock from the Caterpillar factory.
