My apologies for not providing more tags and an outline, but I have been on the mend.

My primary comments were about how Governor Doug Ducey has changed the laws enabling him to “steal” funds in a huge way in order to support his “liberal” education program which will turn Arizona into a cesspool.  I guess the proper “presidential” parlance is a “shithole.”

Governor Ducey has taken money or stolen money depending upon your perspective from retirees of the ASRS–the Arizona State Retirement System.  This effectively takes away any opportunity for a COLA, Cost of Living Allowance, for retirees and results in “progressive theft.”

ASRS met all of the criteria for a permanent cost of living increase but Governor Ducey decided to pay for his multi-lingual liberal education program upon the backs of ASRS retirees.

I also covered some of the “cover ups” and crimes committed within the Arizona Department of Corrections.

While I do my best to remain in the moment and provide a stream of consciousness, associations inspired by the Spirit at the moment and I am still not entirely sure of what my topic(s) will be this weekend, I can assure that the following need to listen to my upcoming show:

Any and all employees present and past of the Arizona Department of Corrections or ADC or ADOC as it has been commonly known.

Any and all inmate wards of the State of Arizona because you are going to hear possibly life changing things. For one you are going to hear about the murders and the cover up within ADC. For another, you are going to hear about the fraud that passes for a Sex Offender Treatment Program or SOTP. Finally, you are going to hear about the dismal mental health treatment in ADC. And you will hear about my solutions for those items aforementioned.

Also, you will learn of a Deputy Warden falsely charged and (wrongly) imprisoned for years in Florida for sexual contact with a minor.  He is innocent and the State of Arizona needs to go after the woman who falsely accused him!  That woman was allowed to be promoted within the Arizona Department of Administration.  Her motivation for framing her former lover and the DW came when he informed her that he was going back to his estranged wife who was residing in California.

Attorneys need to listen because my attorney abandoned me and I have a job for an attorney that might require the resources of either a champion who is eager to take on the State of Arizona or the resources of an entire firm to take down this Goliath!

I was damaged by the State of Arizona. I know it was a long time ago and the statute of limitations may curtail some legal action but the fact is I was damaged and grossly impaired medically for a long time and it took me years to figure out what had happened to me and what I had been through.

Tune in while I reveal crimes and cover ups and willful failures of ADC leaders to follow proper procedures and accept my Information Reports. Neglecting to take my IR’s should be an imprisonable offense.

Recently, I wrote a demand letter to the Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections for back wages–wages I had earned but was (wrongly) deprived of. Director Charles Ryan denied my request.

As a result I addressed both Governor Jan Brewer, Ryan’s boss, and Mr. Ryan once again. We are talking only about $3,000 but I earned it and I want to be paid.

Should anything happen to me, that will prove how corrupt Arizona is and the hit will come from the ADC–an organization that is one step worse than the mob.

I post this because the matters at hand are actually very serious and I don’t want to lose my life over those. There is much to the story and it would be another national embarrassment for Arizona.

I am trying to save the State of Arizona tens of millions of dollars in legal fees from others. And I am trying to make Arizona a safer place to live. However, I want my back wages and the benefits which I have been deprived. I want Arizona to acknowledge the damages the State has caused me and make a fair and equitable settlement.

Nevertheless, dangerous conditions persist within the ADC that place every man, woman and child in Arizona at great risk. Such significant risks are unnecessary and I can fix or at least help Arizona fix its problems.

Please support me in my quest to prevail and to obtain these modest sums in order to be able to take care of myself. Thank you!
