Restoring the Republic Requires the Original 13th Amendment

For many years I have been advocating openly on Facebook to restore the Republic.  And this is best accomplished by restoring the Original 13th Amendment which was properly ratified and enacted but something happened on March 5, 1813.

Then “Honest Abe,” who wasn’t honest at all overwrote the Original 13th Amendment, which made it unlawful for him to hold the office of President and might have even stripped Lincoln of any and all citizenship in these United States of America, with the anti-slavery amendment.

It is by structurally returning, a “revolution” to self-rule, to this Original 13th Amendment which barred attorneys as officers of the courts (already members of the judiciary) from holding elected office to the presidency, vice-presidency, senate or congress, maintained the “separation of powers,” was set in place to prevent the attorneys from getting us into war like the members of the BAR Associations did in 1812!

I will have more to say on this later.  This is the structural intervention that is required organizationally to restore the Republic and return to self-rule and to get our errant central government under control.  Getting control back over our own government will not happen unless we take this first step.  There is no foreseeable way around it.  None.

Restore the Thirteenth Amendment!
